| Crystal Park, an arm of Tin
Can Enterprises, is a family owned and operated company, proudly in our 10th
year. We began as a jewellery and accessories market stall and became involved
with crystal more by chance than by intent. We were asked often by customers to
design unique and special pieces, which we did. The crystal jewellery and
suncatcher designs were very successful, and here we are. We became designers
and creators of some of the most beautiful and original crystal suncatchers in
the world, using only the finest Austrian crystal available.
Crystal Park's exclusive, copyrighted suncatcher pieces are available in a variety of retail stores throughout Australia, or directly from us. We are now branching into selling components including crystal, beads and findings at a retail and wholesale level. These components are featured on this web site. A: Crystal Park employs only the most qualified people to choose the finest selection of beads and art materials that we supply. All of our items are made of the highest quality material. Q: How long will it take for my package to arrive? A: Crystal Park attempts to ship all items within 24 hours of registration of payment. Shipments sent within Australia generally take 2-4 days. Overseas packages usually take 4-6 working days. Q: Can items be shipped overseas? A: Yes, Crystal Park items can be shipped anywhere around the world. Q: What should I do if the information I have provided is incorrect? A: If you did not receive an email confirmation after ordering, your email address may have been entered incorrectly. Please login or register again and enter the correct information. If you have changed your address, please enter your new address on your Crystal Park account maintenance page. Terms of Sale: Returns: All items are returnable within thirty (30) days of receipt if not completely satisfied. Please return items in their original packaging along with a copy of the invoice and a return authorization number. To receive a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, call Crystal Park or e-mail info@crystalpark.com.au -- please remember to have your order# number. Any unauthorized returns, special orders, imprinted orders, or merchandise altered/damaged in any way will not be accepted. A Restocking Fee of 15% may be charged on returns. Privacy Policy: Crystal Park respects your privacy. Any personal information we collect from you is strictly for the purpose of processing your order and will not be sold, swapped, or otherwise given out under any circumstances. Backorders: Crystal Park does it's best to keep all of our items in stock for immediate delivery, however backorders do occur. Your backordered items will ship as soon as they come into stock, we will email you and there will be no additional shipping charges.
